Hayman's Old Tom Gin (700ml) is an authentic, multi-award-winning super-premium spirit that revives the historic 19th-century style of gin that defined the golden age of cocktails. Based on an original family recipe from the 1860s, this traditional Old Tom bridges the gap between a classic London Dry and sweeter historical genever styles. Crafted using generous quantities of botanicals steeped in copper pot stills with a subtle, delicate touch of sweetness, it is bottled at 41.4% ABV. It delivers a rich, rounded, and exceptionally flavorful profile that offers a peerless tasting experience for modern cocktail enthusiasts across Nairobi.

Tasting Notes:

* Appearance: Crystal clear, brilliant, and pure.

* Aroma: A rich, intensely aromatic bouquet opening with sweet almond, candied citrus peel, warming spice, and a supportive piney juniper backbone.

* Palate: Smooth, luscious, and softly rounded on the palate, offering a harmonious progression of citrus oils, earthy roots, subtle licorice sweetness, and traditional botanical depth.

* Finish: Long, smooth, and gracefully warming, leaving a sophisticated, lingering sweet-herbal aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions:

Hayman's Old Tom Gin is magnificent when served to highlight its heritage flavor profile: pour 50ml over an abundance of clear ice in a copa glass, top with premium Indian tonic water, and garnish with a fresh strip of lemon peel and a blackberry. It also serves as the authentic, irreplaceable base for classic historical cocktails such as a Tom Collins, a Martinez, or a Ramos Gin Fizz. Enjoy it for upscale gatherings, celebrations, and thoughtful evenings across Nairobi.
